Products & Handmade Disclaimer
All items sold by Gracelynn Marie Designs are handmade and sublimated. Due to the nature of this process, minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are considered normal, not defects.
Product photos are representative. Screen and monitor differences may affect how colors appear.
Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
- Payment is required at the time of purchase
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
Custom Orders (Important)
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for the customer and are final sale.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within the timeframe listed at purchase. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
In-Person Sales (Craft Fairs & Events)
Items purchased at craft fairs or in-person events are final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Please inspect items at the time of purchase. Issues must be reported immediately.
